Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated
PUC Faculty – Biology to teach students at the Pre-University level. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and the ability to guide students academically.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Biology for 1st PUC and 2nd PUC students as per Karnataka State Board syllabus
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments
- Deliver engaging classroom sessions with conceptual clarity and practical examples
- Conduct regular tests, evaluations, and performance reviews
- Provide academic mentoring and doubt-clearing sessions for students
- Maintain attendance, progress records, and academic documentation
- Participate in parent meetings, academic reviews, and institutional activities
- Support co-curricular and student development initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
- Master's Degree in Biology
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in PUC / Higher Secondary / Coaching institutions preferred
- Freshers with strong academic background may also apply
Preferred Skills
- Strong command over Biology concepts and syllabus requirements
- Familiarity with Karnataka State Board curriculum
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Student-centric and result-oriented teaching approach
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and smart classroom methods
