Power Within Psychology and its publication division invite applications for the role of Graphic Designer (Publications). This position focuses on designing professional academic books, educational materials, and visual content used for psychology entrance exam preparation.
The role requires strong design skills in academic publishing layouts, book formatting, and visual presentation of educational content. The selected candidate will work closely with the academic and content teams to ensure that study materials are visually structured, clear, and professionally designed.
Key Responsibilities
• Designing and formatting academic books, question banks, and study materials
• Creating clean and professional
page layouts for educational publications
• Designing visual elements such as diagrams, charts, and concept illustrations for psychology content
• Ensuring typographical consistency, readability, and layout quality in publications
• Preparing print-ready files suitable for professional publishing
• Collaborating with academic and content teams to structure material visually
Requirements
• Proficiency in professional publishing and design software such as:
– Adobe InDesign
– Adobe Illustrator
– Adobe Photoshop
– CorelDRAW (optional but preferred)
• Strong understanding of
book layout, typography, and print design principles
• Ability to organize complex academic content into clear visual layouts
• Attention to detail in formatting, spacing, and design consistency
