Who Can Apply
We welcome applications from:
- Have prior BPO / international customer support experience
- Have handled UK or US clients in voice or blended processes
- Can clearly understand and communicate in UK & US accents
- Are confident, patient, and comfortable speaking in English for long durations
- Have some exposure to teaching, training, mentoring, or handling students/learners (this is a strong plus)
- Are interested in working with children and helping them build communication skills
Formal teaching experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct live online public speaking sessions for children aged 414 years.
- Create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment where children feel confident to express themselves.
- Encourage participation through storytelling, activities, games, and discussions.
- Support students in building confidence, clarity of speech, body language, and expression.
- Communicate effectively with international parents, mainly from the UK & US
- Provide age-appropriate feedback to students and parents when required.
- Conduct demo sessions and help parents understand the learning journey.
- Handle group and/or one-on-one classes based on availability and comfort.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English with strong UK/US accent comprehension
- Prior BPO / international voice process experience is mandatory
- Good listening skills and the ability to adapt communication styles
- Teaching, training, mentoring, or facilitation experience is a plus
- Comfortable working with children in an online environment
- Graduation in any discipline (teaching or communication background preferred, not mandatory)
Requirements
- Willingness to learn and undergo TalentGum's facilitator training.
- A laptop or desktop with a webcam and microphone.
- Stable high-speed internet connection.
- Availability for weekend classes (Sunday availability is required).
- Passion for making learning interactive, joyful, and impactful.

Salary Standard for 3 AM - 7 AM
- 0-25 Sessions : Rs.200/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo
- 26-60 Sessions: Rs.250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo
- 61- 80 Sessions: Rs.300/- per session + Rs.150/- per demo
- 81 & above Session: Rs.350/- per session + Rs.175/- per demo
You are also eligible for minimum pay guarantee for 4 hrs/ day
- Month 1: 6000 INR
- Month 2: 12000 INR
- Month 3 and onwards: 18000 INR
