This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Public Relations Specialist. The role involves crafting press releases, developing strategic communication plans, managing relationships with media outlets, coordinating public relations campaigns, and ensuring the brand's message aligns with its vision and values. The Public Relations Specialist will also monitor media coverage and work to enhance brand visibility while liaising with internal teams to develop cohesive messaging.

• Proven skills in crafting Press Releases and managing Public Relations activities
• Experience in building strong Media Relations and fostering connections with key industry contacts
• Proficiency in Communication and Strategic Communications to enhance the brand's image and manage public narratives
• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with the fragrance or lifestyle industry is an added advantage
