This is a full-time, on-site role for a Public Relations Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Public Relations Manager will be responsible for creating and managing press releases, maintaining media relations, and developing strategic communication plans to enhance the company's public image. Daily tasks include building relationships with media outlets, coordinating public relations campaigns, drafting impactful press materials, and aligning PR strategies with the company's goals to optimize brand visibility and credibility.

• Strong skills in Press Releases and Media Relations, with proven experience in effectively managing media communication and ensuring accurate representation in the press.
• Expertise in Communication and Public Relations to foster strong external relationships and maintain the company's public image.
• Proficiency in Strategic Communications to develop and execute well-rounded PR campaigns that align with organizational objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with an ability to think creatively and manage crisis communication effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a PR or communications role is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently on-site and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
