The Other Circle is looking for experienced Public Relations professionals with a strong track record in the education sector to join our growing team.

Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai

Work Mode: Hybrid

Experience: 4–8 Years

About the Role:

We are seeking PR professionals with expertise in education communications, institutional branding, and media relations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with educational institutions, universities, schools, higher education organizations, or EdTech brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic PR and communications campaigns for education-focused clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, education correspondents, and industry stakeholders
• Draft press releases, media pitches, thought leadership articles, opinion pieces, and institutional communication materials
• Manage media outreach, coverage tracking, reporting, and reputation management initiatives
• Support crisis communication and issue management when required
• Collaborate with internal teams to align communication strategies with client objectives and organizational goals
• Identify opportunities for thought leadership, awards, rankings, and institutional visibility

Requirements:

• 4–8 years of relevant PR experience, preferably within the education sector
• Strong media network and understanding of the education landscape, including higher education, schools, universities, and EdTech
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, strategic, and detail-oriented approach to communications
