At Cult, we are making fitness fun for everyone. We are looking for a high-octane PR Manager who can turn that mission into a cultural conversation. You will not just send press releases; you will build a narrative ecosystem. From managing top-tier agencies to architecting the public personas of our leadership, you will bridge our business goals and the public eye.
Key Responsibilities
- - Ecosystem Management: Lead and inspire our PR agencies, media partners, and publisher networks. Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure a consistent and impactful brand voice across all channels.
- - Narrative Scouting: Proactively identify opportunities for brand integrations, product placements, and compelling stories that embed Cult into the daily lives of our audience.
- - Executive Influence & Thought Leadership: Identify and secure high-impact speaking engagements and podcast appearances for our CXOs to reflect the brand's mission and expand reach.
- - Strategic Advisory: Work directly with our CXOs to sharpen their public voice, ensuring their influence builds authority and trust for the Cult brand.
- - Data-Led Storytelling: Collaborate with internal teams to translate business metrics into compelling, data-backed PR stories that demonstrate our impact on the fitness landscape.

- - Well-Networked: You have an established network of media contacts and a proven track record of managing agency relationships to deliver ROI.
- - Executive Presence: You understand that executive PR is a fine art and know how to coach leaders to position them as industry pioneers.
- - Data-Literate: You can identify the headline hidden within data and spreadsheets.
- - Culturally Obsessed: You stay ahead of trends and understand how to pivot a brand story to remain relevant in a fast-moving market.
- - Experience: 6-7 years in PR or Communications, preferably within consumer tech, lifestyle, or high-growth startups.
- High ownership: Able to independently own and drive conversations with stakeholders and agency partners and drive outcomes
