The applicant should have 57 years of relevant experience in public relations or journalism. They must be able to transform information into compelling news and quickly grasp the client's business. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills are essential.

The ideal candidate should be a people-oriented professional who can attract, guide, and motivate team members to perform with passion. They will be responsible for developing and supervising the team's performance, ensuring high-quality deliverables, efficient processes, and timely handling of client requests.

The applicant should also have strong media relations and be able to support team members in creatively pitching stories to the media.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Master's degree in Mass Communication and Journalism, Literature or related field.

Atleast 23 years of experience in a PR agency.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Self-motivated, organised, and eager to learn.
