Hiring: Growth & Execution Associate - PR and Communication

Company: Roarrr Media & Public Relations

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid / Remote flexibility within Mumbai)

About the Role

Roarrr Media & Public Relations is looking for a Growth & Execution Associate to support content, PR execution, and day-to-day coordination while contributing ideas and using AI tools to improve efficiency.

This is a hands-on, execution-driven role for someone who is curious, adaptable, and keen to grow in the evolving space of PR, content, and digital visibility.

Key Responsibilities

PR Execution & Coordination

  • Assist in drafting press releases (AI-supported)
  • Coordinate with media and vendors for paid and organic coverage
  • Manage media lists, outreach, and follow-ups

Content & Personal Branding

  • Create and repurpose content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and short-form platforms
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, etc.) to draft and scale content
  • Stay updated with trends, hooks, and formats

Client & Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with clients for approvals and inputs
  • Track deliverables and ensure smooth execution

Research & AI Integration

  • Explore AI tools and suggest ways to improve workflows
  • Contribute ideas to enhance PR and content processes

Candidate Profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in PR, content, or marketing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, or willingness to learn
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
