Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate & External Communication
- Develop and implement the company's corporate communication strategy aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Draft and manage the release of corporate announcements, press releases, speeches, and feature articles highlighting the company's growth, technology, sustainability, and innovation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with national and trade media, industry bodies, and PR agencies.
- Coordinate corporate events, media interactions, factory visits, and investor briefings.
- Ensure consistency of corporate messaging across all communication platforms.
2. Public Relations & Media Management
- Promote the company's leadership, products, and manufacturing excellence through proactive media engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report on media coverage, public perception, and communication impact.
- Prepare talking points and briefing documents for senior management ahead of media interactions and conferences.
- Manage digital PR activities, including online reputation management and social media visibility.
3. Internal Communication
- Develop and execute internal communication programs to engage employees across plants and offices.
- Create corporate newsletters, CEO messages, and internal campaigns that highlight achievements, milestones, and safety culture.
- Collaborate with HR and CSR teams to promote organizational values, sustainability initiatives, and employee engagement.
4. Crisis & Reputation Management
- Lead communication strategy during industrial incidents, labor issues, or environmental events.
- Act as the communication point of contact during crises, ensuring timely, transparent, and fact-based messaging.
- Develop crisis communication manuals and train key spokespersons.
5. Brand & CSR Communication
- Oversee corporate branding and ensure visual and messaging consistency across all materials.
- Promote CSR initiatives, sustainability programs, and community outreach projects to enhance the company's public image.
- Create impact reports, videos, and stories showcasing the company's social and environmental contributions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or English.
- Master's / MBA in Communication, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 610 years of experience in Corporate Communications / PR, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial sector (automotive, steel, cement, energy, etc.).
- Proven experience in media handling, stakeholder engagement, and corporate branding.
- Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with digital media tools, analytics, and PR monitoring platforms.
