Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic PR Manager to lead client communication strategies, manage media relationships, and drive impactful brand storytelling for our Bengaluru office. The ideal candidate should have strong media connects, strategic thinking abilities, and proven experience in handling multiple client portfolios across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute PR strategies and communication plans for assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, journalists, and influencers
- Draft and edit press releases, media pitches, articles, and client communications
- Manage client accounts independently and act as the primary point of contact
- Secure consistent and high-quality media coverage across print, digital, and broadcast platforms
- Monitor industry trends and provide strategic counsel to clients
- Handle crisis communication and reputation management when required
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution
- Prepare media reports, coverage analysis, and presentations for clients
- Mentor and guide junior team members
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, PR, or related field
- 46 years of experience in Public Relations (agency experience preferred)
- Strong media network in Bengaluru and national media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client servicing and presentation abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset
