We are looking for a talented, driven, and relationship-oriented public policy professional with demonstrated ability to contribute to government policy engagement, navigate regulatory frameworks, and build strong stakeholder partnerships.

Key Job Responsibilities

-Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with government officials, regulators, and key institutional stakeholders in the Centre and the State.

-Strategic Policy Leadership: Develop and execute public policy strategies aligned with Virohan's business and impact objectives.

-Regulatory Affairs: Navigate complex regulatory environment, Interpret and translate regulations into actionable guidance for internal teams.

-Thought Leadership: Contribute to policy discourse in the healthcare sector through publications, roundtables, and forums and lead the development of policy briefs, position papers, and consultation responses on key regulatory and sectoral issues.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in public policy, government affairs, or regulatory roles.
  • Strong understanding of India's healthcare policy and regulatory landscape.
  • Demonstrated experience in government liaisoning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
  • Advanced degree in public policy, public health, law, or related field.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Hindi.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the healthcare sector or closely related domains.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and bodies.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and influence policy outcomes.
  • Strong network within government, regulatory institutions, and policy ecosystem.
  • Ability to synthesise policy developments into actionable insights.
  • High level of integrity, sound judgment, and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations
