Role Overview
We areseekinga professional, execution-focusedPublic Policy Analystto lead government-facing opportunities and public procurement initiatives. The role involves tracking government schemes, preparing high-quality proposals, and managing tenders through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM). This position is critical to building and scaling partnerships with central and state government entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyze central and state government policies, schemes, and initiatives relevant to the organization.
- Identify, assess, and pursue public-sector opportunities, tenders, and government programs.
- Prepare andsubmitproposals, EOIs, and tender responses in coordination with internal teams.
- Manage end-to-endGeMactivities, including product and service listings, compliance, and bid submissions.
- Ensure adherence to procurement guidelines, documentation standards, and submission timelines.
- Coordinate with sales, product, finance, and legal teams to compileaccurateand complete submissions.
- Maintain records of tenders, outcomes, and pipeline status; prepare periodic management reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, Law, Management, ora relatedfield.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes andpublic-sectorframeworks.
- Proven experience withGeMportal operations and tender management.
- Strong proposal writing and documentation skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiencyin MS Office or Google Workspace.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with government departments, PSUs, orpublic-sectorconsulting organizations.
- Exposure totechnology-led or innovation-driven organizations.
