Salary & Benefits

Mandatory Training & Full Scholarship
- 3-month structured training & evaluation program
- Training scholarship of approx. 2,00,000 sponsored by MODERN US HEALTH (India & USA)
- Theory + practical field exposure

- Public fundraising practices
- Patient awareness & community outreach
- Ethical conduct & NGO compliance
- On-ground NGO operations
- Certificate of Completion after Month 3
Stipend During Training
- 15,000 per month
- Based on engagement and performance
- Performance bonus applicable during training
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual fundraising at public locations across Bengaluru
- Explain NGO's patient care and humanitarian mission to the public
- Support free patient care services, awareness drives, and medical camps
- Assist doctors, nurses, and healthcare teams during outreach
- Coordinate daily field plans with the Team Lead
- Maintain simple daily activity and fundraising reports
Preferred Eligibility
- BSW, MSW (pursuing), or Social Work background preferred
- Graduates from any stream may apply
- Freshers and students welcome
- Basic communication skills in Kannada and/or English
- Comfortable with field work and public interaction
