Role & responsibilities:

  • Pricing and Quoting: Prepare competitive quotes based on customer needs, market conditions, and company pricing guidelines.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms with clients for mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and find new opportunities.
  • Team Support: Guide and support the sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing training.
  • Department Collaboration: Work with operations, logistics, and customer service for smooth service delivery.
