Accredited with API 6A & 17D licenses, we offer a comprehensive range of seals made from premium materials sourced globally. As a part of our strategic growth initiative, we are establishing a state of the art in house PTFE Coating facility to expand our capabilities.

Role Description

The PTFE Coating process specialist will be responsible for designing, establishing & managing our new in house PTFE coating facility. This is a high impact opportunity for a seasoned professional to build a world class operation. The ideal candidate must bring seasoned knowledge in PTFE process, equipment commissioning, process optimization & quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of PTFE material properties, manufacturing processes, and applications in industrial sealing solutions
• Experience in quality control, testing, and inspection processes for PTFE-based products
• Ability to collaborate effectively with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure product performance and quality
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work on-site in a dynamic manufacturing environment
