About the Role

You will review, validate, and analyze content related to cognitive psychology, behavioral science, developmental psychology, social psychology, and related subfields. The role requires identifying conceptual errors, verifying theoretical frameworks, assessing study interpretations, and ensuring accurate representation of psychological constructs and research findings. Ideal for candidates with formal training in psychology and the ability to evaluate nuanced scientific explanations about human behavior and mental processes.

Responsibilities

  • Review psychological studies, cognitive models, and behavioral explanations
  • Evaluate the strength of evidence supporting psychological theories
  • Identify experimental design flaws, sampling biases, or validity issues
  • Assess reasoning quality across multi-step psychological arguments
  • Verify claims against reputable psychological literature and research norms
  • Annotate logical inconsistencies, incorrect interpretations, and unsupported generalizations
  • Ensure accuracy and clarity in psychological content presented in datasets

Skills & Experience Required

  • BA/MA in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Behavioral Science, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of psychological theories, cognitive processes, and behavioral models
  • Familiarity with research methodologies such as RCTs, surveys, correlational studies
  • Ability to identify bias, confounds, and interpretive errors in psychological research
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities
