Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in coaching and training sessions (online/offline) by helping with session planning, activities, and follow-ups
- Support the life coach in one-on-one and group coaching programs (observing sessions, preparing materials, maintaining notes)
- Help design and structure training modules, worksheets, exercises, and reflection tools based on psychology and coaching principles
- Create content related to mental well-being, self-growth, mindset, emotional intelligence, and personal development (for social media, blogs, workshops, etc.)
- Conduct basic research on psychology, human behavior, coaching tools, and training methodologies
- Assist in content scripting for reels, posts, presentations, and training sessions
- Help with participant engagement, feedback collection, and progress tracking
- Support in planning and executing workshops, webinars, and training programs
- Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical practices while dealing with coaching content and clients
- Coordinate with the coach on daily tasks and contribute ideas for improving programs and content quality
