Role Description

This is a full-time / hybrid, on-site / remote role for a Psychiatrist, based in Gurugram / all India. The Psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric care to individuals of various age groups, with a focus on diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of mental health disorders. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, creating treatment plans, and providing therapy and medication management as needed. The role requires engaging compassionately with patients and maintaining updated knowledge of advancements in psychiatric care and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Psychiatry and Mental Health, including the ability to diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• Expertise in Psychiatric Care, including medication management and therapy
• Specialization or experience in Adult, Child, Adolescent, Geriatric, sexual health, de-addiction, Psychiatry
• Strong foundation in Medicine, with applicable skills in evidence-based clinical care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Medical degree with specialization in Psychiatry and a valid medical license to practice
• Prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred
• A commitment to ethical medical practices and continuous professional development
