Qualification: MBBS with Psychiatry experience / MD (Psychiatry) Fresher
We are looking for a compassionate and qualified Psychiatrist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should be an MBBS doctor with relevant experience in Psychiatry OR an MD (Psychiatry) fresher who is eager to build a career in mental health care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients.
- Provide therapy, counselling, and medication management based on patient needs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and updated medical records.
- Collaborate with psychologists, counsellors, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and treatment options.
- Participate in case discussions, departmental meetings, and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with medical standards, ethical practices, and hospital policies.
Required Qualifications
- MBBS with experience in Psychiatry OR MD (Psychiatry) Fresher.
- Valid medical license/registration as per local regulations.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and patient-handling abilities.
