Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Technical Sourcing Specialist with a strong background in identifying and engaging top talent in
Information Security and
Cybersecurity domains. This role is focused purely on sourcing and pipeline building, without stakeholder management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract cybersecurity professionals across various platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, etc.).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for roles such as:
- Security Analysts
- SOC Engineers
- Penetration Testers
- Security Architects
- GRC Specialists
- Cloud Security Engineers
- Use advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, X-ray search, and competitive intelligence.
- Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening to assess candidate interest and basic qualifications.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and sourcing metrics in the ATS.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity hiring trends, certifications, and technologies.
- Collaborate with recruiters to hand off qualified candidates for further evaluation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in technical sourcing, with a strong focus on Information Security and Cybersecurity roles.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, OSCP), and job functions.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, etc.).
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify niche talent.
- Excellent written communication for candidate outreach and engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience sourcing for global cybersecurity teams.
- Exposure to high-volume sourcing environments.
- Technical background or cybersecurity-related certifications (a plus).
