Shift: Night Shift 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Target Markets: Canada, US, UK, Europe & Australia
TellentSynq is expanding and we're looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to drive international client acquisition for our AI-driven offshore staffing and recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire clients across US, Canada, UK, Europe, and Australia
Generate leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and AI-driven outreach tools
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and cold outreach to closing deals
Build and manage pipeline through HubSpot CRM
Pitch offshore staffing, recruitment support, and AI automation solutions
Develop creative outbound strategies to reach decision-makers globally
Track KPIs and continuously optimize outreach and sales performance
