Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Prospect Researcher located in Bengaluru, with some work from home acceptable. The Prospect Researcher will be responsible for identifying and researching potential sales prospects, analyzing prospect data, and maintaining an updated database. Day-to-day tasks include performing detailed research, collaborating with the sales team to identify new prospects, and creating comprehensive reports to support the sales process.

- Sales Prospecting and Sales skills
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in human capital management industry is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
