Proposal Writer

We are looking for a Proposal Writer with 3-4 years of experience and a strong analytical and structured working style. The role focuses on systematically scouring and tracking bid opportunities (tenders, RFPs, RFIs, EOIs, grants) and developing high-quality, compliant proposals for institutional, donor and government clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and shortlist relevant tenders, RFPs, RFIs, EOIs and grant opportunities across portals and donor platforms.
• Prepare bid summaries and eligibility checks.
• Write proposals, concept notes, EOIs and RFP responses.
• Analyze tender documents and extract technical and compliance requirements.
• Ensure proposals meet submission guidelines, evaluation criteria and deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• 3-4 years of experience in proposal writing for bids or donor proposals.
• Strong analytical and structuring ability.
• Excellent written English and attention to detail.
• Highly organized and deadline-driven.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to government or multilateral donor tenders.
• Experience in writing proposals across sectors such as technology, development, education, sustainability, climate.
