This role offers the opportunity to support enterprise business development by creating high-quality, structured, and compliant proposals and marketing content. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate technical inputs into compelling business language, ensuring proposals are accurate, persuasive, and aligned with client requirements. The position requires strong attention to detail, analytical review of content, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. You will also contribute to reusable content, case studies, and light marketing collateral while leveraging AI tools responsibly for content generation. Accountabilities
- Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and business opportunities to determine requirements and strategic approach.
- Develop and maintain client-facing proposals, bid documents, and structured responses to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
- Gather technical, delivery, and sales inputs and transform them into persuasive, well-structured proposal content.
- Validate pricing tables, effort estimates, and numeric accuracy before submission.
- Collaborate with senior business development managers for review, refinement, and approval of proposals.
- Create reusable templates, case studies, and standard content blocks to streamline future proposal efforts.
- Support light marketing content development, including blogs, capability decks, and collateral.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure security of all proposal and client information.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in IT proposal writing, proposal analysis, or marketing analysis.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with ability to articulate technical solutions in business language.
- High attention to detail, especially in pricing, effort calculations, and numerical accuracy.
- Familiarity with proposal lifecycle processes, including RFP, RFQ, and RFI submissions.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
- Experience with enterprise software domains such as ERP, IBM Maximo, TRIRIGA, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Exposure to structured proposal frameworks, compliance matrices, and enterprise client engagements.
