Role Overview
We are seeking Solution-Based Proposal Writers with hands-on experience in crafting technically sound, architecture-driven, and implementation-focused proposals for web and mobile application projects.
This role is critical to supporting our growing volume of RFPs that require deep technical articulation rather than generic or marketing-driven content. The ideal candidate will independently transform technical inputs into clear, compliant, and compelling proposal responses.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, solution-oriented proposal content for web and mobile application RFPs (government and enterprise).
- Write and own key proposal sections, including:
- Technical Approach & Solution Architecture
- Scope of Work & Deliverables
- Project Management & Staffing Plan
- Risk Management & Quality Assurance
- Translate complex technical inputs into structured, client-friendly narratives.
- Collaborate with SMEs, architects, and delivery teams to gather and refine technical inputs.
- Ensure responses are compliant, persuasive, and aligned with RFP requirements.
- Customize proposals based on client needs, avoiding over-reliance on templates.
- Manage multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in writing solution-based proposals for web and/or mobile application development projects.
- Strong understanding of:
- Web architectures (frontend, backend, APIs, cloud platforms)
- Mobile application development (iOS, Android, cross-platform frameworks)
- SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum), DevOps practices, and QA/testing approaches
- Demonstrated ability to write technical proposal sections independently.
- Experience responding to government and/or enterprise RFPs is highly preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and structure.
- Ability to engage with technical stakeholders and extract meaningful inputs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT services, digital transformation, or custom application development domains
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with compliance-driven RFP environments
