A Proposal Writer in the IT industry is responsible for creating and writing proposals for US Government Project Proposal RFI & RFP.

Responsibilities:

*Respond to State, City & Federal Government RFI and RFP for IT Staffing, Training, SOW, Project Development.

*Research companies, non-profits, RFPs, and grants.

*Help create strategies along with internal technical experts that help with the proposal development.

Requirements:

*1+ years of proven experience in writing proposals for the USA State, County, City & Federal Agencies.

*Understand and explain complex technical concepts.

*Strong research and analytical skills.

*Experience working with RFP Portals like Sam.Gov, BidPrime, GovWin, RFPMart, BidNet, erc.

*Experience in the IT industry proposal writing software, such as MS Word, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Publisher, or Adobe Photoshop.
