Proposal Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Proposal Development: Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on client and tender requirements

• Cost Estimation: Develop bottom-up costing for automation solutions and systems

• Solution Design: Create proposals using PLC, DCS, HMI/SCADA, MCC, and industrial communication systems

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate in client and internal meetings for requirement gathering and scope definition

• Documentation: Prepare proposal documents, presentations, and scope summaries for review and approval

• Quality Assurance: Ensure proposals meet high-quality standards, accuracy, and compliance requirements

• Timely Delivery: Manage and prioritize proposal tasks to meet deadlines

• Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to best practices and capability development across teams

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to corporate, safety, environmental, and regulatory policies
