Lead Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects meeting 100% quality, schedule, and budget targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure project execution follows RA engineering procedures and SSB Quality Management System (QMS).
• Standardize project documentation, applications, and engineering for reuse and efficiency.
• Support team performance, develop team capability, and motivate staff to achieve high productivity.
• Lead engineers from multiple centers (SSB, Global Engineering Center, CWF) to achieve project goals.
• Break down project activities, estimate effort and skills required, and coordinate resources.
• Proactively communicate progress, issues, and solutions with managers, team, and customers.
• Improve engineering capabilities and share best practices across the team.
• Drive cost reduction via process improvements, reuse, and standardization of engineering solutions.
