Proposal Engineer

• Manage complete bidding lifecycle from opportunity assessment to contract finalization

• Lead bid planning, scheduling, risk identification, and stakeholder coordination

• Analyze RFQs/RFPs and define technical and commercial bid strategies

• Develop and validate technical and commercial proposals

• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal governance frameworks

• Establish and negotiate commercial terms including pricing, payment milestones, and contracts

• Act as C&I Proposal Engineer for small to medium proposals

• Review cost estimates, technical solutions, and risk assessments before submission

• Support proposal approvals and authorization sign-offs

• Collaborate with sales, engineering, supply chain, finance, and legal teams

• Continuously improve proposal processes and tools within CoE
