Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Srinagar for a Proposal Engineer. The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing and writing technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with the sales and engineering teams. Day-to-day tasks include understanding project requirements, coordinating with various departments, and creating structured proposals tailored to client needs. The role also involves engaging in procurement processes and providing support to sales activities to secure new projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing, with the ability to create structured and customized documents
• Strong understanding of Electrical Engineering concepts and applications
• Experience in Sales processes and ability to support revenue-generating activities
• Knowledge and skills in Procurement to align proposals with project requirements
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; prior experience in the construction, energy, or infrastructure industries is an advantage
