Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Property Survey Executive. The Property Survey Executive will be responsible for conducting property surveys, collecting and analyzing property data, preparing detailed reports, and maintaining accurate records. Daily tasks will also include coordinating with property owners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate information is gathered and recorded. The role requires significant fieldwork and site visits within the assigned region.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting property surveys, collecting and analyzing data
• Strong report writing and data management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in using surveying tools and software
• A relevant degree in Real Estate, Surveying, or a related field
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is highly beneficial
• Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork within the assigned region
