Property Specialist

● You will be primarily responsible for calling a specific number of qualified leads per month for the buying and selling of homes

● Communicating with owners of houses that Ivy Homes is evaluating

● Virtually showcasing our apartments to prospective buyers and help Sales team in closing transactions

● Executing data gathering and logging data promptly on CRM.

● Generating dashboards and reports from CRM to share with stakeholders.

● Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential sellers and buyers.

● In-depth understanding of and coordination with the Operations team for Home Inspections

● Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.

● Staying informed about competing products and services.

● Helping close sales and achieving monthly targets with the Sales and BD team.
