Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager (ASM) based in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing daily sales operations, meeting revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities, and managing a team to ensure alignment with company objectives. The ASM will collaborate with stakeholders, implement effective sales strategies, and provide training and support to team members to drive performance. The role requires a customer-focused approach to establish and maintain relationships with clients.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in Sales, Business Development, and meeting revenue goals
  • Strong team management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working in a target-driven environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis to identify sales trends and strategies
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Prior experience in PropTech, real estate, or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
