Property Onboarding Executive

The Property Onboarding Executive is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing property listings on the company's platform. This role focuses on working closely with builders, developers, and property owners to ensure accurate property data, complete documentation, and smooth onboarding of residential or commercial projects in the Hyderabad real estate market.

The role requires strong coordination skills, fieldwork, and a good understanding of real estate projects and documentation.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard properties (commercial/residential/plots/villas) in Hyderabad
• Coordinate with builders, developers, and property owners to list projects on our platform
• Explain onboarding process, listing requirements, and commercial terms clearly
• Build and maintain professional relationships with builders and developers
• Maintain accurate and updated property records
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure listing accuracy
• Basic understanding of real estate documentation and project lifecycle
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable with field visits and meeting builders/developers
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple onboarding tasks.
• Act as a point of contact between builders and internal stakeholders
• Support sales teams with project-level information and builder coordination
• Gain understanding of Hyderabad real estate micro-markets

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, property onboarding, channel sales, or builder relations
• Familiarity with Hyderabad real estate market
• Graduate with a stable work history
• Detail-oriented with a process-driven approach
