Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager located in Pune, India. The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring properties maintain high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing reservations, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams, conducting property inspections, and addressing guest concerns or special requests. The role also involves overseeing budgeting, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management, hospitality operations, and client relations
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in using property management software and MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure
- Knowledge of local regulations and trends in the hospitality or rental market
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
