Property Manager

Property Operations Management

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple residential properties

• Ensure smooth functioning of all building systems and services

• Monitor property performance using advanced property management systems and analytics

Technical Systems Management (MEP & Utilities)

• Oversee HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems) and optimize energy efficiency

• Manage DG sets, electrical systems, transformers, HT/LT panels, and power systems

• Supervise water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, and plumbing systems

• Ensure proper functioning of fire safety and vertical transportation systems (lifts/escalators)

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

• Design and implement preventive maintenance programs

• Use predictive analytics and condition-based monitoring techniques

• Maintain maintenance records, asset lifecycle tracking, and SOPs

Compliance & Safety Management

• Ensure compliance with building codes, fire safety norms, and environmental regulations

• Conduct technical audits and inspections of building systems

• Maintain regulatory documentation and safety standards

Energy & Sustainability Management

• Develop energy optimization strategies using smart building technologies

• Implement water conservation and waste management initiatives

• Support green building certifications (IGBC/LEED practices)

Vendor & Contractor Management

• Coordinate with technical vendors, consultants, and contractors

• Manage service contracts and performance monitoring
