This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager, based in Mumbai. The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of residential properties, including property inspections, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities also include managing budgets, supervising staff, addressing tenant inquiries, and resolving maintenance issues efficiently. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-first approach to maintain high-quality living standards for residents.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and property management skills
• Experience in tenant relations, customer service, and conflict resolution
• Familiarity with property compliance regulations and maintenance coordination
• Ability to manage budgets and oversee property operations effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in property or facilities management is an added advantage
