Job Description: Property Growth Manager (Coworking Space)

Experience: 1 to 5 years (Hospitality / Coworking / Commercial Real Estate preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a Property Growth Manager to drive occupancy, revenue, and long-term client relationships for our coworking space. This role blends business development, client acquisition, and retention, ensuring the space grows sustainably and remains highly engaged.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Sales

  • Drive occupancy by acquiring startups, SMEs, freelancers, and enterprise clients
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and space walkthroughs
  • Close desk, cabin, and enterprise leasing deals
  • Build partnerships with brokers, founders, and local business communities

Client Retention & Experience

  • Act as the primary point of contact for members
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and renewals
  • Handle escalations and resolve member concerns proactively
  • Build a strong community culture within the space

Growth & Revenue

  • Identify upselling opportunities (meeting rooms, events, additional desks)
  • Track occupancy, churn, and revenue metrics
  • Suggest pricing strategies and growth initiatives

Operations Coordination

  • Work closely with operations/admin teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Ensure the property is always market-ready and presentable
  • Support events, networking sessions, and community initiatives
