Experience: 1 to 5 years (Hospitality / Coworking / Commercial Real Estate preferred)
About the Role
We are looking for a Property Growth Manager to drive occupancy, revenue, and long-term client relationships for our coworking space. This role blends business development, client acquisition, and retention, ensuring the space grows sustainably and remains highly engaged.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Sales
- Drive occupancy by acquiring startups, SMEs, freelancers, and enterprise clients
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and space walkthroughs
- Close desk, cabin, and enterprise leasing deals
- Build partnerships with brokers, founders, and local business communities
Client Retention & Experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for members
- Ensure high client satisfaction and renewals
- Handle escalations and resolve member concerns proactively
- Build a strong community culture within the space
Growth & Revenue
- Identify upselling opportunities (meeting rooms, events, additional desks)
- Track occupancy, churn, and revenue metrics
- Suggest pricing strategies and growth initiatives
Operations Coordination
- Work closely with operations/admin teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Ensure the property is always market-ready and presentable
- Support events, networking sessions, and community initiatives
