Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Kolkata, perfect for someone who loves people, property, and closing deals.

As a Property Consultant, you'll guide clients through their entire property-buying journey from understanding their needs to helping them find the right home or investment. You'll provide expert advice, track market trends, and match buyers with the best property options available.

You'll also build strong, long-lasting client relationships, manage your sales pipeline efficiently, and ensure every client enjoys a smooth, transparent, and satisfying buying experience. If you enjoy meeting new people, visiting project sites, and turning conversations into successful deals, this role is for you.

• Strong understanding of property consulting and real estate market analysis
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Proven experience in sales and client relationship management
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of the Kolkata real estate market will be an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
