This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dadri for a Property Advisor. The individual will be responsible for guiding clients through property transactions, offering expert advice on investments, market trends, and properties available in the area. Key responsibilities include managing client relations, addressing property-related inquiries, providing updates on available real estate projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service. Collaboration with a dynamic team to achieve business goals and targets is an integral part of this role.

• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and convey property-related information.
• Proficiency in Property Management and understanding of real estate operations and processes.
• Knowledge of Investments and Finance to guide clients in making informed property purchasing decisions.
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure a seamless and satisfying client experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Dadri with a proactive and goal-oriented attitude.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a customer-facing role is advantageous.
