Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Advisor located in Bengaluru South. The Property Advisor will be responsible for guiding clients through the property buying process, offering expert advice on investment opportunities, conducting property viewings, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and assisting in their journey to find the perfect property. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to support clients in making informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and provide excellent support.
• Knowledge of Property Management and expertise in advising on Investments in the real estate market.
• Understanding of Finance to offer guidance on mortgage options and financial considerations.
• Ability to work independently with a client-centric approach and a results-driven mindset.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, along with attention to detail.
• Previous experience in real estate, property advisory, or a related field is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate
