As a Property Acquisition & ROI Specialist at Xacation Homes, you will be responsible for expanding our portfolio by identifying and onboarding residential properties suitable for short-term rentals. You will work directly with homeowners, helping them understand how Xacation Homes can significantly increase their rental returns through a fully hands-free management model.
This role blends property acquisition, homeowner consulting, and market expansion, and requires frequent travel to new cities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire residential properties for Xacation Homes short-term rental portfolio
- Reach out to homeowners and conduct in-person meetings and property visits
- Analyze and explain potential ROI compared to traditional long-term rentals
- Present Xacation Homes value proposition clearly and confidently to homeowners
- Guide homeowners through the onboarding process from first conversation to go-live
- Travel to new markets to support city launches and portfolio growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth property onboarding
- Build long-term relationships with homeowners to drive renewals and referrals
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Comfortable discussing financial returns, pricing, and yield comparisons
- Willingness to travel frequently for property acquisition
- Background in real estate, hospitality, sales, or business development preferred
