Role Description

The Proofreader Intern (Unpaid) will assist in ensuring the accuracy and clarity of written materials. Responsibilities include checking for spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors, improving the readability of text, and refining content for precision and consistency. The intern may also support minor translation-related tasks if applicable. This is a full-time remote role, providing valuable proofreading experience in a flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail in spotting and correcting spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors
• Proofreading skills to enhance content clarity and ensure consistent language usage
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Basic knowledge or experience in translation is a plus but not mandatory
• A passion for language and art industries
• An ability to manage tasks independently with precision in a remote work setting
• Preferred: Currently pursuing or holding a degree in English, Journalism, Linguistics, or a related field
