JobSummary:We are seeking an experienced AI Professional specializing in Prompt Engineering to design, develop, and optimize GenAI and ML-based applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with machine learning teams, SMEs, and clients to understand business problems and translate them into effective prompts, Python solutions, and AI-driven workflows. This role requires strong expertise in Python development, prompt engineering best practices, and hands-on experience with LLMs such as OpenAI models. The candidate will also be responsible for conducting testing, performance evaluation, and continuous monitoring of AI models and prompts.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Work within the ML/AI team to build, optimize, and maintain GenAI and ML applications
  
• Design high-quality prompts and maintain prompt libraries aligned with evolving LLM versions
  
• Develop and maintain Python-based components and internal libraries
  
• Collaborate with Clients/SMEs to gather requirements and translate them into prompt engineering tasks
  
• Conduct ongoing testing, evaluation, and benchmarking of prompts and LLM outputs
  
• Perform performance analysis, quality checks, and version improvements
  
• Support development, maintenance, and documentation of AI-related libraries
  
• Monitor AI model performance and contribute to continuous improvement
  
• Participate in prompt benchmarking experiments and research exercises
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Prompt Engineering
  
• Excellent Python development skills and experience building Python applications
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  
• Understanding of LLMs, including OpenAI and other modern language models
  
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
  
• Experience with testing and evaluating prompt performance
  
  

Good To Have Skills:

• Experience with machine learning, vector databases, and embedding workflows
  
• Knowledge of cloud-based development, preferably Microsoft Azure
  
• Prior experience in FinTech or financial application development
  
• Exposure to working in global delivery teams
  
• Familiarity with model monitoring tools and AI governance practices
