The Coordination Lead will work alongside Project to Assets Analysts and report directly to the Supervisor. This role involves overseeing the timely and accurate accounting and reporting of long-term fixed assets and intangibles of the company
Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate the activities of Project to Assets Analysts
Project Oversight: Oversee project creation, monitoring, and capitalization processes
Cost Control: Ensure effective cost tracking and control
Accounting & Reporting:
Assist in the accounting and reporting of long-term fixed assets and intangibles.
Coordinate month-end close activities and ensure timely completion
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear and effective communication with business lines and Planning & Stewardship teams
Training and Development: Provide training and support to Project to Assets Analysts
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant controls and reporting requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting/finance and related activities , reporting of fixed assets and intangibles, with at least 3 years in a leadership role preferably within the oil and gas industry.
