Role Description

The Project Support Coordinator will play a key role in providing administrative and operational assistance for project execution and coordination. This full-time, on-site role is based in Thane. Daily responsibilities will include supporting project planning, managing schedules and documentation, coordinating with team members and stakeholders, and ensuring seamless communication across departments to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Support and Project Coordination skills to assist in the smooth execution and tracking of projects
• Proficient in Analytical Skills to assess project performance and resolve issues effectively
• Excellent Communication skills to facilitate collaboration among teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Experience in Administrative Assistance to manage documentation, schedules, and organizational tasks
• Proactive problem-solving approach and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team-driven, on-site environment
• Basic knowledge of fire safety and electronic security systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in B Tech, Project Management, or a related field
