Project Manager Retail Fit-Out | Store Expansion

At Uni Seoul, we're building more than stores we're creating immersive, Korean-inspired retail experiences across India. As we scale rapidly, we're looking for a Project Manager who can bring our spaces to life, from concept to grand opening.

Your role:

You will own the end-to-end execution of new store launches transforming empty spaces into visually stunning, brand-perfect stores delivered on time and within budget.

What you'll do:

• Lead complete store fit-out from site handover to launch
• Drive on-ground execution with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met
• Manage multiple projects across cities in a fast-paced expansion environment

What we're looking for:

• 47 years of experience in retail fit-out or project execution
• Strong understanding of store interiors, MEP, and execution
• A detail-oriented, ownership-driven mindset
• Comfortable with travel and high-growth environments
