Project Site Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor / Project Engineer to oversee our Food & Beverage (F&B) fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that site work aligns with design specifications, managing labor, and maintaining strict timelines for high-end kitchen and dining space installations.

Key Responsibilities

On-Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations at project sites to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are met.

Drawing Interpretation: Thoroughly understand and implement AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and technical schematics.

Measurements: Take precise on-site measurements and coordinate with the design team for accuracy.

Vendor & Labor Management: Supervise sub-contractors and on-site labor to ensure work stays on schedule.

Reporting: Provide regular progress updates to the project manager and flag any potential delays or technical hurdles.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: At least 4 years of proven experience in site supervision, preferably within the F&B, retail, or interior fit-out industry.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading CAD drawings and expert-level measurement-taking skills.

Language: Must be fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English to effectively communicate with labor, vendors, and management.

Mobility: Must possess a two-wheeler (mandatory) for frequent travel between the Domlur office and various project sites.

Joining Timeline: Immediate joiners are highly preferred (maximum notice period of 15 days).
